5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

5.2 Delivery Timeframe

We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, shipping method, and other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999 (or as specified during promotional periods).

5.4 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 2-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original invoice

6.2 Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for size, color, or product exchanges.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
• Items purchased during clearance sales
