You agree to use the Boambla website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using the site for any fraudulent or unlawful activity
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Transmitting harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any site content without permission
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the website

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these conditions.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after purchase. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — Boambla reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch with a full refund.

• All sizes are listed in Indian sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL)
• Product availability is subject to stock — no backorders
• Limited drops may sell out without prior notice

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across India

All online transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Boambla does not store any card or bank details on its servers. In case of a payment failure, no amount will be deducted — please retry or contact your bank.

Boambla ships to all states and union territories across India via trusted logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and email.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Flat ₹79 shipping fee on orders below ₹999
• COD orders may take 1 additional day to process
• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Boambla is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

• Wrong size received
• Damaged or defective product
• Wrong product delivered

The following are not eligible for exchange or return:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery

To initiate an exchange, email support@boambla.com with your order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged).

All content on the Boambla website — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, photography, typography, and copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Boambla and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this content without prior written consent from Boambla. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boambla shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is described on the product page.

Your personal information — including name, email, address, and payment data — is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving your experience on our platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and handled in accordance with Indian data protection laws.
