1. Shipping Coverage

Boambla currently ships to all serviceable locations within India. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Remote and rural areas (subject to courier serviceability)
  • Pin code verification available at checkout

Note: International shipping is currently not available. We are working to expand our services globally soon. Stay tuned!

2. Order Processing Time

We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Processing Timeline

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 2-3 business days
  • Pre-Orders: Processed as per the specified date on the product page
  • Custom/Personalized Orders: May take 5-7 business days depending on customization

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Important: Processing time does not include shipping time. Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Delivery Estimate: The delivery timeframe is calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • My Account: Log in to your account and check order status in "My Orders"
  • Courier Website: Visit the courier partner's website and enter your tracking number

Note: Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours of dispatch. If you face any issues with tracking, please contact our support team.

6. Delivery Instructions

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure the following to receive your order smoothly:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address with landmark
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package
  • Provide a valid mobile number for delivery coordination
  • Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
  • Retain the invoice for returns or warranty claims

What If No One is Available?

If no one is available to receive the order, the courier partner will:

  • Attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • Leave a delivery notification with contact details
  • Hold the package at the local courier office for pickup
  • Return the order to us after failed delivery attempts

Tip: You can provide alternate delivery instructions or specify a safe drop-off location in the "Delivery Notes" section during checkout.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Non-Serviceable Areas

We are unable to ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • Military/Army postal addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Certain remote or restricted areas not covered by courier partners
  • International addresses (coming soon)

During checkout, our system will verify the serviceability of your pin code. If your area is not serviceable, you will be notified immediately.

Address Verification

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure:

  • Your address is complete with house/flat number, street name, and landmark
  • Pin code matches your delivery location
  • Contact number is active and reachable

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do not accept the delivery if outer packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@boambla.com
  • Provide order number, photos, and details of the damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
  • Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  • Contact the courier partner using the tracking number
  • Report to us within 48 hours if the package is not found
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution

Important: Boambla is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability of recipient, or circumstances beyond our control.
