Shipping Overview
We partner with India's leading logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition and on time. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with your tracking link.
Our goal is simple — your Boambla drop should feel like an event, not just a delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Free shipping is automatically applied when your cart total meets the threshold.
Order Processing
How to Track Your Order
- Click the tracking link in your shipping notification SMS or email
- Log into your Boambla Account → Orders → Track
- Use the AWB number on the courier's website directly
If your tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us at support@boambla.com with your order ID.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on all orders across India. Pay in cash when your order is delivered — no card, no UPI required.
- Additional COD handling fee of ₹49 applies
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
- COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process
- COD is not available on orders above ₹5000
If you refuse a COD delivery without valid reason, your account may be blocked from placing future COD orders.
Failed / Returned Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails (no one available, wrong address, or unreachable), the courier will try up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse.
- For prepaid orders — a refund minus return shipping charges will be processed within 7 business days
- For COD orders — no refund is applicable on returned COD orders
- Re-shipping is possible at an additional cost — contact us within 24 hours of the return
Always ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at checkout to avoid failed deliveries.
Damaged or Wrong Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Email us at support@boambla.com. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
