Our Overview

At Boambla, every piece is crafted with care — 240GSM premium cotton, quality printing, and properly inspected before it ships. We want you to love what you receive. But we understand sizing doesn't always work out.

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. Please read the full policy below before initiating a request.

Important: All exchange/return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges on all Boambla products subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.

✓ Size Exchange — We'll exchange your product for a different size within the same style, subject to availability.
⚠ Colour / Style Exchange — Exchanges for a different colour or style are allowed only if the original product is sold out or discontinued.
  • Exchange request raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging intact
  • Order number and proof of purchase provided
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
  • Custom / personalised items cannot be exchanged

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind or incorrect size orders. However, we do accept returns and issue store credit in the following circumstances:

No Cash Refunds — Boambla does not issue cash/bank refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a wrong item dispatched by us.
  • Store Credit: Issued if your exchange size is unavailable — valid for 6 months from issue date.
  • Manufacturing Defect: Full refund or replacement if the product has a verified manufacturing fault.
  • Wrong Item Received: Full replacement at no cost if we shipped the wrong product.
  • Damaged in Transit: Replacement or full refund if product arrived damaged — photo proof required.
Store Credit is issued as a Boambla discount code and can be used on your next order with no minimum order value requirement.

How To Initiate

Follow these steps to raise an exchange or return request. The entire process takes less than 5 minutes.

Email Us
Send an email to support@boambla.com with subject line: "Exchange Request — [Your Order Number]"

Include Details
Provide your Order Number, full name, reason for exchange, desired size, and clear photos of the product (all sides + tags visible).

Wait For Approval
Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours and sends you an approval confirmation email with return shipping instructions.

Ship The Product Back
Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging. Ship to our address as provided in the approval email. Keep your courier receipt.

Receive Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we'll dispatch your exchange. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Policy

Exchange shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • First Exchange: Boambla covers the return shipping cost on your first exchange request.
  • Subsequent Exchanges: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges from the second exchange onwards.
  • Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item: Boambla covers all shipping costs — both return and re-dispatch.
  • Re-dispatch Shipping: Free on all approved exchanges — we cover the forward shipping to you.
⚠ Note: We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit. Please use a trackable shipping service and retain your courier receipt until the exchange is processed.

Damaged or Wrong Item

We take full responsibility for any error on our end. If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product — we'll make it right, immediately.

✓ Priority Support — Damaged and wrong item cases are treated as priority and resolved within 24 hours of photo verification.
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
  • Include clear photos of the defect / wrong item
  • Photo of the outer packaging / shipping label
  • Your order number and registered email

Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement immediately — or issue a full refund if the product is no longer available.

Colour or style exchanges are only permitted if the original product is discontinued or permanently out of stock. Otherwise

If your requested size is out of stock we will issue a store credit code valid for 6 months that can be used on any future Boambla order.

How do I know if my exchange has been approved?
Manufacturing defects are covered regardless of whether the product has been washed — as long as it is raised within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence.

Can I return a product bought during a sale?
You will receive a confirmation email from our team within 24–48 hours. If you haven't heard back in 2 business days please follow up at our support email.

What courier should I use to return the product?
Products purchased during sale or at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
