- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Product must be in the same condition as you received it
- Original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
- Exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Exchangeable"
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
- Products with missing tags, labels, or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Discounted items during clearance sales (unless defective)
How to Initiate an Exchange

- Provide Information: Share your order number, product details, and reason for exchange
- Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide exchange approval within 24-48 hours
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely with all tags and invoice, and ship it to our return address
- Receive Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the product, your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days
Important: Exchange shipping charges may apply based on the reason for exchange. For defective or damaged products, Boambla will cover the shipping costs.
Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. For defective items, Boambla will provide a prepaid return label.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically 2-3 business days), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
